For owners and their right-hand person

Give your right-hand person the confidence to run daily operations.

You have a team, but the questions, approvals, and rescues still land on your plate. We work with you and your operator to build the skills, systems, and decision-making confidence to handle daily work—so you have room to grow the business.

Who this is for

  • You have a team and a person who can grow into operational leadership.
  • You are willing to delegate real decisions and make time to support the handoff.
  • The cost of owner dependence is urgent enough, and the business has the resources to invest.

No right-hand person yet? Start with the assessment to examine the friction. Identifying who could own the work may be your next step. Revenue helps us understand context; it does not determine fit by itself.

What we work on together

Coach the operator

Regular coaching around real operating decisions, priorities, communication, and follow-through. Agree on the cadence before the engagement begins.

Make responsibility clear

An agreed responsibility and decision map: what the operator owns, what requires owner input, and when to escalate.

Build useful SOPs

Document and practice the recurring workflows the operator needs to own. Keep instructions usable by the people doing the work.

Make work visible

A practical project-management structure and communication routine so both owner and operator can see priorities, ownership, and progress.

Agree on the scope before we begin

Together we choose the operating problems, responsibilities, coaching cadence, and deliverables. The proposal separates coaching and advice from hands-on implementation, names any included tools or integrations, and sets the fee and duration. Additional website development or automation is scoped explicitly.

The owner provides decision authority and participates in agreed reviews. The operator attends coaching and practices the new responsibilities. Both provide agreed access to relevant workflows, communication, and work-management tools.

Measure the change in your daily life

Establish a starting point and review fewer routine decisions escalated to the owner, work completed without owner reminders, and agreed responsibilities handled independently. Progress depends on the situation and participation; these are measures to track, not guaranteed results.

Start with what keeps coming back to you.
